Customers own fabric: our process

Our order & material process is very simple and follows just 8 simple steps.

1. Choose your headboard size and style.

2. Check our fabric requirements table.

3. Place your order online, our system at this point allocates your request into the workshop schedule.

4. headboard send you a fabric postage bag with a copy of your online order confirmation.

5. Post your fabric to headboard using the self addressed fabric bag.

6. By email or txt message we confirm receipt of your fabric.

7. We confirm with you, start of production on your item.

8. We confirm delivery details by email or txt message.

Our normal production time for headboards is 5 working days from receipt of your fabric unless you have been advised otherwise (eg for customers' own designs as we need to allocate the correct craftsman to upholster your item).

At all stages of production we keep our customers fully informed. We demand this from our suppliers to allow Headboard (Topline) to meet our 5 working day target on client headboards.
